There are alot of stuff happening atm. Only time will tell if they are good or bad. The changes are made to be for the better though. But as all changes there are alot of confusion and chaos in some fashion.
I finally had the meeting with my administrative boss about my pay. As normal procedure has it, he will bring my "pleas" to the board where they will discuss the matter. The board of this company scares the shit out of me and the boardmeeting wont take place until the 22th of Mars. So i will be on the edge until then.
I didnt say it out loud that Im thinking of leaving the company unless the pay is right. But I think I gave him the hint. I have been here for 10 years and its time for me to decide if I wanna jumpstart the inside sales department or leave the company all together. My admin boss is a real listener. But thats often where it ends. he listens alot and talk alot and no action. He will bring the matter up with the board ofcourse.
My girl is moving in this weekend. Its about time I'd say. She is in for a massive change of routines and that scares her and it scares the crap out of me as she cant handle change that very good. But Ill do my very best to be at her side during this first week of change. She will need all the help she can get.
Ill take a break from stuff (mostly raiding) to focus 120% on supporting her and helping us get a routine for cooking, cleaning getting wardrobes up etc...
I need this. We have drained ourselves from previous half-attempts on getting her to move. This is it. Its now or it aint never going to happen.
